VP of Global Marketing, Fox21 Television Studios
Gwen Goldbloom is VP, Global Marketing for Fox21 Television Studios. Fox21TVS is a production subsidiary of Fox Television Group and is dedicated to making creatively ambitious scripted and unscripted series for broadcast, cable and SVOD platforms (subscription video on demand, e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon). The studio’s award-winning and critically-acclaimed series include The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story (FX), Homeland (Showtime), The Americans (FX), Sons of Anarchy (FX), Burn Notice (USA) and White Collar (USA).
As head of studio marketing, Gwen is responsible for managing the marketing and promotion of Fox21TVS’ shows across multiple distribution channels and platforms – Home Entertainment, EST (electronic sell-thru, e.g. iTunes), SVOD, Consumer Products, Digital Entertainment and International TV Distribution – with the goal to generate awareness, drive incremental revenue and build long-term brand value for the shows.
Prior to Fox21 Television Studios, Gwen served as Digital Executive Producer at both Electus and Generate, two digital studios that were among the pioneering companies creating professionally-produced, original online content. Prior to Generate, Gwen managed partner relations at AOL Television, working with all the TV Studios and Networks to promote their shows on AOL.
Gwen received her BA in Russian Studies from UCLA summa cum laude, an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA from The Lauder Institute. She lives in Los Angeles and is a proud single mother by choice of an almost 4-year-old daughter.
