Managing Director – Health Strategy, Accenture
Jill is Managing Director in Accenture’s Health Strategy practice, working with domestic and international health care companies on growth and the transformation to consumer-driven business models. She brings over 15 years of experience consulting with clients on strategy, innovation, organic growth, and mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries. Jill holds a patent for Accenture’s Merger Integration Methodology, and is a frequent author and speaker on health industry topics such as insurance expansion and eHealth for the aging population.
In addition, Jill leads the Accenture Strategy Analyst Development Program in North America. In this role she is responsible for the recruiting, onboarding, staffing, development, and advancement of over 300 analysts, and serves on the North American Strategy Leadership Team.
Jill earned a B.S. in Spanish from Georgetown University, a M.B.A. in Marketing from The Wharton School, and a M.A. in Management and International Studies focused on Latin America from The Joseph H. Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Jill resides in New Jersey with her husband Sean, son Ryan, and twin girls Morgan and Ella.
