Lisa Tretler

President and Founder, Business Boosters Consulting

Lisa is the President and Founder of Business Boosters Consulting, a company focused on professional development and advising on entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, and small business growth. Lisa co-founded and was co-CEO of The Acceleration Project (TAP), a nonprofit which harnesses the talent of professionals to accelerate small business growth. She is also a former Co-CEO and founding partner of TAP Growth Advisors, a management consultancy and career advisory firm. Lisa has nearly 25 years of experience training and consulting to individuals and companies in the areas of goal setting, business plan development, and new product marketing and growth strategies. Prior to her current work, Lisa worked as a business strategy consultant at American Express, Accenture, and Towers Perrin.

Lisa has been a member of the Professional Faculty at the Wharton School of Business, where she has taught students in multinational marketing strategy and consulting skills development. She has also taught courses and facilitated workshops in entrepreneurship in affiliation with the Women’s Enterprise Development Center in White Plains, New York, and continues to lead coursework and networking groups for women business owners. She has served on the board of the Women’s Enterprise Development Center, the Junior League of Central Westchester, Primera Languages Inc., and the Scarsdale Adult School.

Lisa received a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Wharton, and an MA in International Affairs/Spanish from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
